Job Description

Deliver securitisation services, structured products, and quantitative strategies to professional clients

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for trade execution, settlement, and reconciliation, ensuring discrepancies are resolved promptly.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal policies.

• Analyse financial data and performance metrics to optimise efficiency and decision-making.

• Streamline workflows, improve operational processes, and implement best practices.

• Collaborate with Sales, Trading, and other departments to support company objectives

Reporting:

• Partner with team members across multiple departments to ensure operational consistency and strategic alignment.

• Deliver detailed reports to senior management, highlighting trade performance, risk management activities, and operational enhancements.

• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership, aiding in the development of strategic initiatives.

• Represent the operations team in cross-departmental discussions, ensuring seamless communication and effective decision-making.
