Job Description

Graneet is a SaaS platform that simplifies the daily operations of construction managers by giving them access to precise business management tools to optimize their profit margins and prevent bankruptcies.

With over 1000 clients and around forty employees, we need reinforcements to help us support Graneet's growth in France 🇫🇷!

Reporting directly to Jean-Gabriel, you represent the People division of Graneet.

Your Missions

• Recruitment : You manage the processes from A to Z and become the right hand of managers in their recruitment decisions.

• Keeping people processes alive: Monitoring trial periods, performance, salary scales, and eNPS. Your job: ensuring they're actually used, not just documented.

• Being there for managers: Regular follow-up, listening, decision support. You are their daily HR contact.

• Maintaining the legal framework — and managing the CSE elections. Single risk assessment document (DUERP), social obligations, payroll validation with our accounting firm. In 2026, you will organize and manage the CSE elections from start to finish.

• Keeping the team united: In collaboration with the Party Committee, you organize the moments that make people enjoy coming to work here. You also ensure that inclusion is more than just a word by making sure that practices and events reflect the team's diversity.

• Supporting change: We're structuring ourselves quickly. You help the teams get through this without losing track.

Desired Profile

• You have initial experience in startup recruitment – ​​including direct approach. You know how to source candidates, persuade them, and maintain a process in a fast-paced environment. And now you're looking to broaden your scope: take on the generalist role and have a greater impact on the team.

• 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in startups or scale-ups, with real experience in direct approach.

• Looking to develop skills in general topics: HR operations, compliance, people management.

• Comfortable with managers: you know how to support them without overwhelming them with processes.

• Resourceful: You don't know something? You know how to say so and find solutions to improve your skills.

• Autonomous, comfortable with ambiguity, capable of prioritizing independently.

• You follow what's happening on the AI ​​side — and you know what to do with it in your daily life.

4. On-site meeting with 2 members of the Executive Committee followed by an informal exchange with two people from the teams (1.5 hours)

Developments and Salary Policy

• Each job has a salary scale based on position level. These scales are reviewed annually through market benchmarking using Figures . Thanks to this tool, we ensure we pay better than 60% of companies in the market!

• Our commitment is to ensure that you are in the correct job and level for your profession.

• The fixed salary for this position is between €50,000 and €60,000. Your experience and skills will determine the salary range mentioned.

• It's your annual performance review that directly impacts your salary increase!

• BSPCEs: an allocation from recruitment for manager levels and based on merit from one year to the next (performance/promotion).
