• You monitor the market and acquire new partner companies for corplife benefits.

• You advise leads in the lifestyle sector (gastronomy, wellness, leisure, sports, etc.) and bring them to a successful conclusion.

• You proactively contact potential new partners.

• In a strategy meeting, you analyze the needs and campaign goals of potential advertising partners. 

• You conduct offer and contract negotiations, including pricing. 

YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR US IF:

• You have completed commercial training or have initial professional experience in sales – ideally in software sales or HR tech.

• You enjoy working with people, are communicative, and have fun convincing customers of the merits of digital solutions through strong negotiation skills.

• You want to not only achieve your goals, but exceed them – and see challenges as opportunities.

• You enjoy working in a team, taking responsibility, and tackling things proactively.

• You think entrepreneurially, proceed analytically, and are always looking for smart solutions.

• You are familiar with CRM systems like Salesforce

• Performance that pays off: attractive salary package with fixed and variable components – your target salary is around €60,000 - 80,000 gross per year including uncapped commission.
