Your Position
- Conducting training sessions: You will put our already developed training content on the installation, commissioning and fault diagnosis of heat pumps into practice – both theoretically and practically.
- Onboarding new partners: You train new partner companies directly on the construction site or in our training facility and prepare them for deployment.
- Nationwide travel: You will be regularly on the go at different locations – wherever our partners need you.
- Quality assurance on the construction site: You ensure that training standards are correctly implemented in practice.
- Feedback to the academy: You pass on your observations from the field to our academy team so that training content can be continuously improved.
Your Profile
- Completed training in the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning (SHK) trade or comparable qualification.
- Practical experience in the installation and commissioning of heat pumps (air/water, brine/water, hybrid systems).
- Didactic talent: You can structure knowledge, convey it in an understandable way, and awaken enthusiasm for technology.
- Experience in guiding or instructing colleagues or partner companies is an advantage.
- High willingness to travel throughout Germany – you enjoy being on the go and are flexible on site.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for sharing knowledge in a practical way.
- Enthusiasm for the energy transition and enjoyment of working with craftspeople.
