Head of Product - Remote

Job Description

We’re looking for a strong operator, an exceptional leader who can take ownership of our omni-product business and turn it into a growth system. We like people who love organized and crystal-clear processes.

What you’ll do

• Build a product that app developers love.

• Own the product roadmap for our multi-product business.

• Build and scale our org structure, processes, and reporting cadence for product shipment.

• (Co)own product P&L.

• Define and implement a clear product metrics and goal system.

• Work closely with sales and marketing to define and track shared metrics (pipeline, conversion, LTV/CAC)/

About you

• Track record of shipping complex products, formulating product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, customers, and partners.

• 8+ years in product management, including leadership roles (Head/VP/C-level).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication.

• Great analytical mindset and business sense that guides ROI-based prioritization.

• A bias for ownership and an entrepreneurial drive for success.

• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience building or running subscription-based products.

• Background in mobile growth or monetization.

• Experience working with developer-focused products.
